Self portrait~My teacher insisted on me painting myself in this series. I was sooo dreading it. I had never painted myself before so it was kinda scary. But it ended up being one of my funniest paintings ever. It was nice...I found myself hardly using the photo & mirror I had of myself...I guess I know my face better then I thought!
This is my final piece to my Beauty series, and I am happy with this series and the outcome. I am excited to show it to everyone in my show in January (@ the Kayo Gallery).
Also thank you everyone for the wonderful, confidence boosting comments/complaments on my art...you are all the BEST! Thank you!
(p.s. Sorry these pictures or horrible... hopefully I will have a better camera to take better pictures soon)

there are no words to discribe! I'm in love w/ this and even though your lips aren't really that big and your hair doesn't have that much volume it's totally you! I love your outfit, the colors, that skirt is AMAZINGGGGGGGGG! The floral pattern is off the hook. I can't wait to see this in person.
I love it! It's great! It's great also that you're wearing the skirt you designed. I am sure you are relieved to be finished with the beauty series, but I am kind of sad it's over, it's been so fun to see your talent!
This is beautiful. I think it is one of my favorites because it is of you! You did a fabulous job...the nose is so delicate and just perfect! And the lips do look great! You are so incredibly beautiful!
